  WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER! Party of 4 told 10 minutes to sit, waited 30. Waited another 15 minutes, server took our drink order ( water, iced tea, 2 chocolate milks). Bread arrived 10 minutes later with an apology that the honey oat bread wasn't ready. Placed appetizer order (Thai lettuce wraps and French country salad). Drinks arrived 5 minutes later, just water and iced tea, no chocolate milks. Placed meal order 30 minutes after being seated, 1 hour after arriving (kids corn dogs, kids Mac n cheese, balsamic chicken and Evelyn's pasta). 10 minutes later, chocolate milks arrived with honey oat bread, with apologies that they ran out of butter and are trying to ration it. 5 minutes later, manager arrives to apologize about our apps not being ready. 45 minutes after being seated 1 app (French country salad) arrives with apology that Thai wraps weren't ready. 10 minutes later, Thai wraps arrive. 10 minutes later, wife takes daughter to bathroom. 5 more minutes, wife returns and informs me the restroom was a disaster, toilet blocked and overflowing, no TP, paper towels thrown about everywhere. 10 minutes later, entrees arrive, just the balsamic chicken and Evelyn's pasta, no kids meals. Fire roasted veggies on pasta are completely black. Took one bite of broccoli and tasted like charcoal. 10 minutes later, kids meals arrive and before the server finishes asking how's our meals are, I hand here my Evelyn's pasta. She apologizes and says she'll pass the complaint to the kitchen. 10 minutes later, manager arrives to tell me that the veggies are fire roasted. I asked if she saw the dish and she replied yes. I stated that all the veggies (including sun dried tomatoes) were black top to bottom. She argues that is how they are supposed to be. Asks if there is something else I'd like. I said yes, the check. Left 2 hours after arriving never eating an entree and skipping our much anticipated cheesecake order because the line at the exit was out the door. Lobby was still full of waiting patrons to be seated. While working my way through the crowd, I shared my horrendous experience with a few customers. WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

  My first experience of The Cheese Cake Factory, and it did not disappoint! Waitress was friendly, food was delicious, and the cheese cake to die for. The restaurant was clean and fresh, and we did not have to wait long to be seated or served...can't wait to return when I'm back in the States!
