  the bartender physically put her hands on me, when trying to close a friends tab because he was drunk and i wasn't.

  she then called security to get me kicked out. once security came i asked to speak with a manager because i was assaulted by his workers. when he came over he didn't care. he let me back in to grab my friend. i couldn't find him, so i asked the same security guard who took me out to just close my friends tab , so i wouldnt get assaulted by the same bartender. who noticed me and continue to scream and swear at me. the security then told me the manager said i needed to leave "he fucked up on letting me back in". i then was asked by another bouncer to leave while the Manager Steve screamed and swore at me to " leave and im making this harder than it needs to be" when i just wanted my friends debit card to be closed so we could leave. he then told me if " I didn't he would have me picked up out of the place and kicked out." he refused to tell me his name. he wanted us to leave our card and come back and get it tomorrow and I kept explaining that we live over and hour away, and were here on a party bus. I then had a different bouncer named David come over to escort me out and i explained the situation to him, that i am not drunk, have literally had two beers the entire time here and he said he would get my friends card and help us out. once he came out he said that "he is so sorry for the way he heard the manager handling the situation." he told me he would let his general manager know how he handled the situation. the only shout out i can give is to the bouncer who actually helped me when i was completely disrespected by both bartender and the manager on shift.

  I've been going here for trivia for a few years now and recently the service has gotten really bad. My group is routinely neglected for the first 15-30 minutes and we rarely get our food within an hour of arriving. The wait staff is inattentive and sometimes just downright rude. We had a regular waitress who was excellent, but she was frequently put in charge of all of the the indoor patrons and quit. The deck is really nice, the food is pretty good and they have a decent drink selection, but the poor service far out weighs the pros. I've never felt compelled to go out of my way to write a negative review, but the whiskey republic has earned it.
