  Whats the point of 2 drive thrus? For quicker service right? I drive in the second drive thru and no one greets me. I say hello? To try and get their attention and the order taker says "hello thank you for being so impatient". I said Thats very rude. He responded and said "well first of all you drove up and started saying hello. I only wanted my order taken isnt that the point of fast food service? He said but anyway what do you want? I ordered a salad with italian dressing. He said yup 6.04 next window. Didn't give me an option of ordering anything. I felt rushed. I got to the window and he said here. I was about to ask about his attitude but he slammed the drive thru window in my and my fiancée's face. He looked right at us talking and just walked away. I stood there for 5 minutes and he ignored me. He also forgot my italian dressing that i asked for while ordering. He opened the door and said what? I told him my Italian dressing issue and he claimed that im lying and that i hid it in my that. I told him that he could check my car and he gave me my dressing. And said i was holding up a line to leave. I pulled around to the parking lot and came inside. I asked for a refund and explained to the other manager what happened. She said was it Eric? She then pointed to him (as he was handing out orders in drive thru) i confirmed that it was him. She just said sorry and gave me my money. She did not correct him on his unnecessary behavior. He didnt even look my way and i spoke about his terrible customer service. This isnt the first time that I've dealt with horrible customer service and bad manners from here but it will definitely be the last. These employees care nothing about their customers. They only care about their paycheck every week. And its really sad. They're rude and most of the time get your order wrong. And will not even apologize. I am a manager at a fast food restaurant and i understand the pressure but never have i ever acted rude and spiteful to a customer like they have. That was unprofessional and something has to be done because i know for a fact that i am not the only customer who has dealt with this unprofessional behavior. I will definitely drive an extra mile just to avoid this location. If i could rate this a zero star i would because giving it a 1 star does not do it justice.

  Want to make a documentary about the homeless? This might be a good place to do it! As with all mcdonalds expect that anything you order is going to be screwed up. The reason is because the cash registers are constantly being updated without anyone ever telling the workers about it. So it's always new to them no matter how long they've worked there. Same goes for any mcdonalds. It's corporate headquarters fault! Not the people who work at the place. I would have otherwise given 1 star but since this place is good for the homeless and good to do graffiti I'll give them 2. :)
