  I just had the worst fast food restaurant experience of my life, coming out of this Burger King restaurant on Hartford ave...
  Here's why:
  I "was" a BK regular... I love ur breakfast menu n love your original chicken sandwiches... But as of today, I will never step foot in another BK because of what I just experienced...
  I went on my 30 minute lunch yesterday at 10:20 and got to the restaurant around 3 minutes later... Me and my friend saw that it was not busy, so we went inside to order... When we got in there was only one customer in line, so I figured we would be in and out of there, but I figured wrong... We stood there waiting for them to take our order between 5-7 minutes... Then after they take our order we didn't receive our food til about 10:40-10:42 (I thought fast food restaurants were suppose to be fast smh.) So now we have less then 10 minutes to drive back to our workplace n eat... When we finally get to our workplace to eat we realized they got our order wrong, so I called them and spoke to a manager right away. I ordered 2 ultimate breakfast platters and 2 drinks... The total came to almost $15... When we checked out our food, we notices that we were missing our pancakes and our hash browns... The manager I spoke to knew I was missing good because she informed me right away about them forgetting to give me the hash browns, so I informed her about the pancakes... In all, she took down my information and told me to come back the next day to receive my meals free of charge and I was alright wit that... So when I go to claim my meals, the manager on duty goes to da office, and comes back with a piece of paper with my name and other information on it... Then she tells me that because all I was missing from my meal yesterday was pancakes and hash browns, that that's all she was giving me... I even explained to her how I spoke to a manager yesterday, and how she told me how I'm suppose to get compensated 2 meals, and she ignorantly told me that she didn't care what the other manager said... She proceeded to Tell me that that's all I was getting,and that I can take it or leave it, so I left it... I was soo mad and distraught that I paid almost $15 for 2 croissants, 2 sausage patties, 4 egg squares, and 2 drinks smh!!!
  I wasn't letting it slide lik that, so I called corporate and made a report... I really hope something gets done about it!!!

  Mediocre. I Go here for a quick bite on occasion, most likely the order will get screwed up once or twice. I wonder if the people making the burger understand the concept of "no pickles"?
