  Not only is this food subpar but the customer service is beyond repair. I placed an order online using the Yelp Eat24 app. The menu clearly stated "grilled marinated chicken pasta. Speciality pasta. Broccoli, and alfredo sauce over a bed of ziti." What did I receive? Complete opposite. I received a red sauce infused nightmare of a dish. When I call the restaurant to voice my complaint, they immediately thrust the blame upon Yelp. Stating Yelp gave the incorrect item description. The next step of my endeavor? Calling Yelp Eat24 support. They were beyond helpful and equally frustrated since Big Tony's was clearly in the wrong. The Yelp specialist assisting me proceeded to call the restaurant to settle the matter and process a refund. But this pompous establishment refused to admit they were in the wrong and raised their voice to the Yelp specialist. Thankfully Yelp gave me a refund and stated they would follow up with the restaurant since Big Tony's is serving food items that do not match the description on their menu. Clearly I will not be ordering from Big Tony's Ego again.

  The nicest group of guys I've ever met. Never been in the area but by far the best pizza I've ever had. Had to order 5 large pizzas last minute and they got them out right away. I highly recommend them!!

  Placed an order they said I would take 45 mins or less an hour and a half later I called wanted to cancel my order cause it was too late and I was already going to bed they said the reason was there had been a 35 mins more delay and I told them that I wasn't informed of such delay that still I wanted to cancel the order cause I wasn't hungry anymore and was going to bed& they couldn't do redounds I understand there can be a delay but as a profesional they should inform the costumer of any delay so the costumer isn't waiting like an idiot or starving for so long

  I'm giving a 2 stars, not for the food, but for the service! The food is good but service at NIGHT absolutely SUCKS!!! THEY HAVE SCREWED UP MY ORDER ALMOST EVERYTIME! if you tell them no mayo, they put extra, they forget the fries, they take 2 hours to get to you. Also, customer service told me I'd have to call back and speak to Tony! I can't get my food? You lost at least 4 customers here!
